FlashDesk is remote desktop software for screen sharing and remote control of distant devices. Handle PC problems such as "it won't start" or "it can't connect" without going on site. You can also have AI tools look into them.
What you can do

What you can ask AI to do
- "The app won't start": AI looks at the screen and logs to find the cause, then checks on screen that the app starts
- "It can't connect": AI checks the on-screen settings and network status to narrow down the cause
- "The display looks wrong": AI compares what is on screen with the logs and settings
- Confirming the fix: AI checks the display with screenshots and tests whether clicks and typing get through
Just ask in plain language. The remote screen stays visible while AI is working, so you can watch as it goes.
Supported AI tools: MCP-compatible tools such as Claude Desktop / Claude Code, the ChatGPT desktop app / Codex CLI, Cursor, Windsurf, and VS Code (GitHub Copilot Chat).
Built for safe use
- AI integration is off by default: it works only after you turn it on in Settings
- Same approval as a person: connections through AI also need approval on the remote PC or its password
- Encrypted traffic: screen and input traffic is encrypted per session
- Dedicated route mode (Pro): limit traffic to a fixed route
- Records: review session logs in the Admin console
Pricing
¥980 per seat per month (tax included)
- Seats = the number of operating devices used at the same time (the same as the number of users). Any number of PCs can be connected to at no extra charge.
- Seats are counted the same way when operating through AI.
- You can add or remove seats at any time in the Admin console.
- Invoice payment is also available (please contact us).
- Fees for AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT are not included in the FlashDesk price.
